1. Overview

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • Artificial jewelry (for hygiene reasons).

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Sale or discounted items.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).

  • Intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Gift cards and downloadable software products.

  • Some health and personal care items.


3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted).

  • Next, contact your bank (there may be processing delays).

  • If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@matnmore.com.


5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at support@matnmore.com and send your item to West Delhi.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the exact item is not available, a refund or store credit may be issued.


6. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original gift giver.


7. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, mail it to West Delhi.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges may vary.

  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


8. Important Notes

  • Returns and refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.

  • Handmade products may have minor variations in color, size, or design which will not be considered defects.

  • Artificial jewelry, customized orders, and sale items are strictly non-returnable.
